Broiled Fish Recipe

Ingredients: 

4 1/2 oz. fish (preferably wild caught)

1 teaspoon olive oil

Lemon or ginger slices

2 tomatoes

Parmesan cheese to taste

1 1/2 cups cooked green beans

1/2 cup grapes

 

Cooking Instructions:

Brush fish with olive oil. Place lemon or ginger slices on top. Broil for ten minutes or until fish flakes. Do not turn.

Slice tomatoes in half, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until softened. Have grapes for dessert!
