Caprese Salad Recipe



2 Tomatoes, sliced
3 ounces low-fat mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar to taste


Cooking Instructions:

Put sliced tomatoes on a plate. Top with cheese. Mix garlic, basil and olive oil and put on top of tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
